Medieval Riddle

Try and solve this medieval riddle. You can find the answer below but don't cheat!!!

Well, here we go:

"Here lies a child, here lies a father.
Here lies the sister, here lies the brother.
Here lies the wife, here lies the husband.
Yet there are but 2 bodies here."

This riddle is an inscription found on a grave somewhere in Europe dating 1512 (or that's what I was told).

Wanna know the answer?

A child had sex with his mother.
A girl was born from the relationship.
The boy married the girl who was his daughter and sister.

And you say you have a mixed up family!!!
